Return / Exchange Policy

Any item purchased from shatobu.com in its original condition and packaging with all merchandise tags attached may be returned within 30 days of delivery date for a prompt refund or exchange.

Please note, due to the intimate nature of shapewear, we can not accept worn or laundered garments. All items must be unworn and in original package in order to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

The cost to return an item is at your expense. An exchange will be treated like a new order and you will be charged shipping and handling. You will receive a full refund of the cost of the item(s) if we shipped you the wrong product(s), we will also refund the shipping cost. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment used to make your purchase. Returns are processed within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving your return.

If you ordered a product and never received it, please have your tracking number handy and call or email us. We will gladly track down your order for you and send you a new order if we can not find the goods.
